Notice to 2003-2009 Civic Hybrid Owners

To our valued Honda Civic Hybrid owners:

As you may have heard, a hearing for final approval of a United States class action settlement pertaining to the fuel economy of 2003-2009 Honda Civic Hybrids was recently heard by the California Superior Court in San Diego. A decision is expected shortly. Honda Canada would like to assure its Canadian customers that any settlement benefits that are extended to Honda Civic Hybrid owners and lessees in the U.S. upon the approval and implementation of this class action settlement will also be extended to Canadian owners and lessees of 2003-2009 Honda Civic Hybrids. We have made this goodwill gesture in recognition of the importance to Honda Canada of the satisfaction of its Civic Hybrid owners and lessees.
