1. ELIGIBILITY:
Offer is available to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence (each, an Eligible Participant).
2. HOW TO OBTAIN A PIN CODE:
To participate in the Offer, an Eligible Participant must have a valid PIN Code (each, a PIN Code). There are two (2) ways to obtain a PIN Code, as follows:
Email or Mail from Honda: Certain Eligible Participants may receive an email (the Email) or direct mail (the Mail) from Honda inviting them to participate in the Offer. The Email or Mail (as applicable) will contain one (1) PIN Code.
Sign-Up on Website: If an Eligible Participant has not received an Email or Mail from Honda, then he/she can visit honda.ca/rebel-offer or honda.ca/rebel-pre-order between January 3rd, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and April 15, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the Offer Registration Period) and follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete the online registration process (the Registration). Upon completing the Registration, the Eligible Participant will be provided with one (1) PIN Code via email from Honda. To qualify to receive a PIN Code, the Registration must be completed during the Offer Registration Period.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each PIN Code is unique and can only be used one (1) time. PIN Codes are not transferrable or assignable and can only be redeemed by the original intended recipient of the PIN Code as received directly from Honda. Each PIN Code will automatically expire after its first use or on June 30, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (whichever occurs first). Please retain the original PIN Code for your records. All PIN Codes submitted are subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of Honda Canada Inc. (Honda). Any PIN Code that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of Honda, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be declared null and void. If it is discovered by Honda (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by Honda) that any person has attempted to: (i) falsely enter a PIN Code without obtaining a PIN Code in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions (the Terms); (ii) re-enter a PIN Code a subsequent time after its first use; and/or (iii) enter a PIN Code that has been falsified, manipulated or otherwise altered in any way (all as determined by Honda in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Offer.
3. HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER:
Once an Eligible Participant has obtained a PIN Code in accordance with these Terms, he/she must visit a participating Honda motorcycle dealership in Canada (each, a Dealership) and: (i) present the Dealership representative with the PIN Code; and (ii) complete an agreement (the Agreement) to lease, finance or purchase a new and previously unregistered 2017 Honda Rebel model (the Eligible Vehicle), while supplies last. It is anticipated that the Eligible Vehicle will be on-sale at Dealerships starting May 1st, 2017 however, this on-sale date is subject to change in the sole and absolute discretion of Honda. To qualify, the Agreement must be concluded and the Eligible Vehicle must be delivered on or before June 30, 2017 (or such other later date as may be determined by Honda in its sole and absolute discretion). The Offer is only valid while supplies of the Eligible Vehicle last. Upon satisfying all of the conditions and requirements outlined in these Terms, the Eligible Participant will receive one (1) Reward.
4. REWARD:
Each Eliglbe Participant who satisfies all of the conditions and requirements outlined in these Terms will receive $200 in consumer dollars applied before any applicable taxes in relation to the Eligible Vehicle (the Reward).
5. REWARD LIMIT:
There is a limit of one (1) Reward per person, per Eligible Vehicle/Agreement.
6. VERIFICATION:
Honda reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Honda including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individuals eligibility to participate in this Offer; and/or (ii) for any other reason Honda deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with these Terms.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Honda Canada Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, dealers and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Offer, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties) will not be liable for: (i) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (ii) the failure of any information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iii) any injury or damage to an entrants or any other persons computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; and/or (iv) any combination of the above.
This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of Honda with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all Eligible Participants without right of appeal. By participating in this Offer, each Eligible Participant is agreeing to: (i) be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms; and (ii) release the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Offer, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Reward or any portion thereof. ANYONE DEEMED BY HONDA TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF HONDA AT ANY TIME.
Honda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend these Terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Honda that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Honda in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Honda reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Honda reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Offer, or to amend these Terms, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.
By participating in this Offer, each Eligible Participant expressly consents to Honda, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Offer and in accordance with Hondas privacy policy (available at: http://www.honda.ca/privacy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Honda or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.
Honda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Offer mechanics stipulated in these Terms, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Eligible Participant with these Terms, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of Honda, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Offer as contemplated in these Terms, or for any other reason.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials, the terms and conditions of these English Terms shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
