In a Ridgeline, you get luxury for five and innovative utility for everyone. Take command from the wide, supportive driver’s seat. The Touring model features a driver’s seat with 10-way power adjustment, as well as a dual-zone automatic climate control with air-filtration system. You also get a powerful audio system to play with and leather-trimmed seating surfaces for that extra touch of luxury.
The gadgets
Should you find yourself venturing into some unfamiliar territory, the Ridgeline has an available Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™ with bilingual Voice Recognition and steering wheel-mounted controls that will come in handy. The system features Zagat® restaurant ratings, map landmark icons for things like ATMs, gas stations, parking lots, hotels and hospitals. It also has the added convenience of a calendar, calculator and unit converter. Plus, there’s off-road tracking to make it that much easier to find your way back to the road. There’s also an available HandsFreeLink™-bilingual Bluetooth® wireless mobile phone interface to help you stay connected. And should you find all this a bit more than you’d expect from a pickup truck, we think you’ll get used to it.
Storage within storage
The centre console is a cargo bay in and of itself, and it gets even bigger when you slide the front edge forward. It has a wide armrest, a hidden tray for smaller items and a sliding beverage holder/food tray.
Take your other set of wheels
Thanks to the 60/40 lift-up rear seat and wide-opening doors, even a full-size mountain bike will fit right in. So if the truck bed isn’t enough cargo space, you’ve got plenty more.
Underseat storage
The workhorse-like utility of the Ridgeline extends into the passenger compartment as well, with plenty of underseat storage beneath the 60/40 lift-up rear seat.
Take them both
Fold up part of the rear seat and take a passenger along with a whole lot of gear. The rear centre console has courtesy lights that brighten up the floor area, even with the seat down. Whether you need the space for passengers, cargo or both, the Ridgeline is ready.
Room for 5
If there’s work to be done, you might need some extra hands. If you’re off to a function, you might have more than a “plus one”. Either way, the Ridgeline has the room and the comfort for five passengers.
Rearview camera
A standard rearview camera* shows a colour image of the area directly behind the Ridgeline in the rearview mirror. On Touring models, the image is displayed on the in-dash navigation system screen. Even if the navigation system is turned off, the camera is activated automatically when you engage reverse.
