Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. There are three (3) methods of entry:
-
(a) SMS Method. One (1) time during the April 20, 2011 Toronto Blue Jays™ Major League Baseball team (the “Team”) regular season home game (the “Game”), a scrambled word inside a license plate will be displayed on the main video board at Rogers Centre™ stadium (the “Stadium”). The scrambled word will be designed so that fans are asked to deliver this scrambled word in the form of a text message. Following the display of the scrambled word, all wireless customers in attendance at the Game will be cued as to when to text in. Using an SMS-enabled wireless electronic device send a text message containing the scrambled word to short-code 707070 (or such other short code as determined and communicated by the Sponsors) within the time limit specified. For more information on how to send a text message on devices operating on the wireless network, consult with your wireless provider. Standard text messaging charges apply according to your price plan.
If the identity of an SMS messaging entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the wireless account from which the SMS message was submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the wireless account from which the SMS message was submitted is considered the authorized account holder. All text messaging entries must be submitted from a valid wireless provider wireless account that may be identified by sending a reply text message. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid SMS entry in this Contest will be the time identified by the wireless network.

4. Draws: There will be a random draw held during the Game at approximately 9:00 p.m. to select a potential winner from all of the eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by the Contest Sponsors by way of phone call if he/she entered by SMS entry, at their seat location if he/she entered at Guest Services or by telephone at the telephone number included on the selected entrant’s no purchase ballot entry. The selected entrant who entered the Contest by either SMS or at Guest Services will also have his/her name or wireless telephone number posted at Section 120 of the Stadium. - (b) correctly answer, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical help of any nature that will be asked in person at the specified in-Stadium location during the Game; and

- (d) if the potential winner entered outside the Stadium at the kiosk, they will be contacted by the Contest Sponsors by telephone at the telephone number provided on their ballot. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) days following initial telephone contact, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question which will be posed by telephone at a mutally convenient time, declines the prize, or fails to return the Declaration and Release form as specified above, Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the Grand Prize.
In addition, a potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless account associated with their SMS entry.

If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these Official Contest Rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants to award the applicable prize.
