It pertains to the availability guarantee of spare parts, repair services and information required for maintenance and repair for products offered for sale after October 5, 2025, enacted by s. 39 of the Quebec CPA. This disclosure Notice is intended to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Honda’s position with regards s. 39 of the Quebec CPA ensures that Honda can continue to meet the needs of all of our customers in Canada, while managing the complexities of our supply chain, and in light of the number of component parts that comprise each product.
