What is a Honda Prologue Reservation?
The Prologue reservation allows you to secure a 2025 model year Prologue. Your selected dealer will reach out to confirm your model, trim & colour preference, and complete your purchase order closer to your delivery date. Your $1,000 deposit will also be subtracted from your final purchase price.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes, your reservation fee is fully refundable. Please contact your selected dealer to cancel your reservation.
How do I search for a Honda Prologue dealer?
Please click on the "RESERVE NOW" button and when prompted enter your City/Postal Code. The closest 25 participating dealers will be populated based on the City/Postal Code you have have entered. Dealers with a green checkmark showing "Availability" will have a "SELECT DEALER" button you can click on to reserve your Prologue. Please note that the 2025 model year Prologue is only being sold at select dealers in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. How do I use a public charging station?
Most charging stations accept credit card payments. Some stations accept payment from a phone app but may require you to register for an account.
What is an NACS-to-CCS adapter?
An NACS-CCS adapter allows certain vehicles, like the Prologue, to use NACS chargers, giving you access to select charging points on the Tesla Supercharger* network in North America plus other publicly available DC Fast chargers. Adapters are available for purchase through authorized Honda dealers and come with a 1-year warranty.
What are the step-by-step instructions to use the NACS-CCS adapter?
- Find & Prepare:
Locate a compatible NACS J3400 DC fast-charging station. Some stations require third party apps for payment (e.g., Tesla Supercharging stations require the Tesla app). Inspect your adapter and NACS charging plug for damage or debris and ensure the cable can comfortably reach your vehicle before parking.
- Connect:
Securely attach your NACS-to-CCS adapter to the NACS charging connector. Align the adapter with your vehicle’s CCS charge port and insert firmly.
- Start & Monitor Charging:
Activate and pay for the charge session using the charging provider’s system either via mobile app or credit card at the station. Look for visual or audible confirmation (e.g., green indicator light on the vehicle or charging station). Monitor charge status via vehicle dashboard or charging provider’s app and avoid tampering with adapter during charging.
- End Session & Disconnect:
Stop charging through the charging provider’s system then release your adapter by disconnecting from vehicle first and then removing charging cable. Return the cable to housing and store adapter properly.
- To keep your adapter in good condition,
periodically inspect for wear or damage and clean with a dry cloth to avoid debris buildup.
