Honda is providing the above Notice pursuant to Section 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (“QCPA”) and its regulations. This notice pertains to the availability guarantee of spare parts, repair services and information required for maintenance and repair for products offered for sale after October 5, 2025, enacted by s. 39 of the QCPA.
This disclosure Notice is intended to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in Quebec. Honda’s position with regards to s. 39 of the QCPA ensures that Honda can continue to meet the needs of all of our customers in Canada, while managing the complexities of our supply chain, and in light of the number of component parts that comprise each product.
