Engineers Without Borders (EWB)
EWB focuses on engaging high school and university engineering students on international issues and how they contribute to promoting human development through their actions in Canada. EWB also promotes engineering as a socially-conscious, globally-aware career option and delivers workshops to high school students. The Honda Canada Foundation grant supports EWB's High School Outreach and Curriculum Enhancement programs. Both programs aim to improve the lives of people living in poverty in the developing world by creating an aware and engaged Canadian citizenry that cares about international development.
