A low, sharp nose, black chrome louver, flared fenders, and unique wing-like Daytime Running Lights give the Prelude a commanding posture. Deliberate horizontal lines stretch its wide stance, while the laser-brazed “double-bubble” roof, hemmed wheel arches, and flush door handles accentuate its aggressive profile. Needless to say, dynamic surfaces give the reinvigorated Prelude a sense of motion, even when standing still.

The Prelude has four dynamic drive modes (Comfort, GT, Sport, and Individual) designed to adapt to different driving scenarios by adjusting steering, throttle response, and damping. The Prelude is equipped with the high-performance dual-axis strut front suspension similar to the legendary Civic Type R and a standard Adaptive Damper System (ADS). In addition, Agile Handling Assist™ (a Honda first) is engineered to engage the braking system in accordance with the driver’s steering operation for better steering response and vehicle stability when turning.

    The LKAS* is engineered to gently correct your steering if you begin to leave a detected lane without signalling, applying torque progressively to the steering to help guide you back to the centre of the lane.
